6. Right of Withdrawal

6.1 Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the products, without providing any reason, as described in the Dutch Distance Selling Act.

6.2 Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us in writing (e.g., via email) within 14 days of receiving the products. You may use the withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

6.3 Returning Products
After exercising the right of withdrawal, you must return the products within 14 days. The return shipping costs are at your expense unless otherwise agreed.

6.4 Exclusions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made specifically for you or to hygienic products such as scented candles that are sealed and cannot be returned once opened.

7. Warranty and Complaints

Noé Collections provides a statutory warranty on the products. This means that the products meet reasonable expectations of quality and reliability.

If you have a complaint about a product, you can contact us via email at info@noecollections.nl or through the contact form. We will handle the complaint as soon as possible and aim to find a suitable solution.
